Tania has been working on only agile projects for 10 years now.  She does not support the purest approach on how to implement agile and prefers to challenge the normal industry perceptions around how to implement agile.

Tania is a serial entrepreneur and is actively involved in 4 businesses currently. Her passion is business development, sales, new business and making existing organisation lean and profitable.

Classroom Training

Classroom training is short courses with 2 days onsite training at the Agileware University Campus in Midrand, Johannesburg followed by a practical assignment that needs to be implemented post the training.

A specialist trainer that is a practitioner in the industry and thus a subject matter expert on the course will to run the specific short course.

At the end of the 2 days classroom training, students will be given a practical assignment that needs to be implemented post the training in a real-world environment, like a workplace, college, university or school. The practical assignment will have to be handed in a couple of weeks post the classroom training and will be reviewed and scored with the course mentor / trainer.

During the weeks leading up to the assignment due date, online mentor sessions will be available during which students can receive input and guidance from the course mentor to facilitate further learning.

Online Training

Online training is short courses that will be accessible via the agilewareuniversity.com website.

A specialist trainer that is a practitioner in the industry and thus a subject matter expert on the course will be assigned as a mentor for the specific course.

Each lesson within the short course will have a practical assignment that needs to be completed in order to pass the lesson. Lesson assignments needs to be submitted with each lesson in order to progress to the next lesson.

An overall practical assignment will be given to students that needs to be implemented tin a real-world environment, like a workplace, college, university or school.
